At Jerry Ads, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, but we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please read our policy below for complete details.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@jerryads.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process, including where to ship the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still need help, contact us at support@jerryads.store and we will assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or clearance status. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
